The Ink Factory provides a win-win situation to its customers. MORE INK FOR LE$$- is our company slogan. The Ink Factory offers our customers a unique 150% no questions asked assurance guarantee. Quality is our #1 concern, which is why we fill all ink jets with a machine. There are a few things that make our machine assure the quality our customers deserve. First is we drain the ink left in the cartridges by spinning them in the centrifuge at 2500 RPMs and weigh them making sure none of the old ink is inside to clog the cartridge. Secondly, the machine has a vacuum chamber where all the air is vacuumed out as the cartridge is being filled. Making sure the customer is receiving the most ink and the best quality. After the cartridge is filled we test print all refilled cartridges to assure that the cartridge is fully functional before giving it to the customer. If customers aren't 100% satisfied with the quality of their print cartridges they purchased, we will at our own expense replace the customers ink or toner cartridge at no charge. In addition, we will credit the customers account for 50% of the cost of your next toner or ink jet cartridge. The Ink Factory wants to provide its customers with an alternative to the high cost of ink jet and toner cartridges while assisting in the protection of our environment. Today the price of ink and toner cost is more per ounce than that of gasoline and oil. The Ink Factory wants to give the consumers the opportunity to purchase the same products they use everyday at greatly reduced cost without sacrificing quality one bit. Over 85% of cartridges will end up in landfills, where it takes hundreds of years to decompose. The Ink Factory can refill cartridges 4 - 15 times before having to be replaced, providing a much needed relief to our environment and natural resources.
