Translation: “If your computer takes one of our technicians 15 minutes to fix, it costs you $15.00. You don’t end up paying for travel time and expense, you don’t pay for a service call – typically $69.00 to $89.00 per hour with a one hour minimum from other companies – and you don’t have to wait around for someone to get to your office or home.” CyberCIO’s new technology allows the client, in a matter of a few seconds, to grant a CyberCIO technician temporary, real-time, secure access to the client’s computer. “The client can sit and watch the monitor as the technician works or go about his or her other business – it doesn’t matter to us” said Mr. Ellis.
