Although DLWDT has its own land holdings in the St. George/Little Valley Area, other projects have included planning and development of properties owned by Spilsbury Land and Cattle Company, 5M Corporation, and other large tract owners in the Hurricane area as well. Current and past projects include a combination of agricultural, residential (domicile), commercial/industrial, and other special uses. Our principal representative, Dr. Alan Ragozzine, has been active in Real Estate Development in Southern Utah since obtaining his doctorate degree in 1978.
