He resolves any problems promptly and efficiently. I was able to watch him design my website in real time, communicating immediately what changes I wanted, if any. They let you know about any maintenance on their servers, etc., telling you exactly how long it will take before your website is back online. Our inital request was for someone to be able to provide for us a reservation, billing, and history program for our resort. We received three different bids and none could provide all the necessary critical items that we required, plus the price was excessive. One of our owners in St. George suggested we contact Internet Effects to see what they could do for us. These guys came to Mesquite on numerous occasions, sat with us and discussed all our requirements. They would put the program together and along the way would show us how it worked to make sure that it was providing all that was necessary.
