I have been very pleased with the technical assistance we have received while trying to set up our computers and DSL service with Internet Effects, the task was daunting to us and the problems that arrose due to past subscriptions had drastictly affected our service. My son, Kenny, and I have not had the opportunity to meet you but we are grateful that we found your company. When we developed the idea for our company we knew that it was crucial to create a professional and highly functional website. We interviewed six web site development businesses. As our project manager, Nick has done a fantastic job. Nick's skills and helpful ideas are wonderful! He is also always willing to meet with us when we desire to do so. Internet Effects has been my provider of choice since I signed up for DSL with them nearly 4 years ago. I refuse to go with more local providers in my area because of the service and quality offered by the Internet Effects team. I'm an avid gamer and a rather demanding user, and speed is a necessity. They've been with me through two service upgrades, various network reconfigurations, and they were willing to fight for their customer (me!) when Qwest botched things on the phone company's end. They may be 300 miles away on the other side of Utah, but it's like having the best ISP in your own backyard. Internet Effects won't let you down!

I am so very pleased with the quick attention and positive attitude to my requests that Internet Effects has, and yes, I would like others to know about them. The problem is always corrected for me, and lots sooner than I would ever have expected. Wouldn't it be wonderful to receive furnace or AC help as quickly when we need it? Internet Effects is the best internet service I could find, they are very honest, and responsible, their service is the best, I remember I had a problem and I had a hard time understanding how to fix it over the phone and Ryan was very nice offering to come to my house to fix the problem and I think this is very nice that Internet Effects take out time in their busy schedule to come to people houses to help them out, I am so glad I found them, because now I know that any question or problem that can happen, the answer is just a phone call away. I am so glad to have Internet Effects as my Provider! I used a different one for several years and became so annoyed I was ready to stop using my computer. I noticed my son and his wife used Internet Effects and had none of the complaints I had about the Provider I was using. I decided to try Internet Effects to see if I would like to make a permanent change. I am happy to say I made the right decision as the service is excellent. Many times I have been very tired; have made mistakes and upon asking for help, I have been surprised and pleased to get the help I needed quickly and kindly. I am 83 years old and have been using the computer for the past eight years. I have taken two sets of classes and am contemplating another to refresh my memory and learn new techniques. Thank you so very much for your prompt attention to my needs. I look forward to sitting down at the computer as I continue to write the history of our family.
