We enjoy working with the client to create a custom design for the individual, or you can choose form dozens of stock plans, that are ready to build. All our designs include 3D renderings and virtual tours of your dream home at no extra cost. With our services you will receive 5 sets of plans, including a site plan, all four exterior views, complete floor plans, a basement plan (if applies), a roof overview, electrical plans, building sections, and any other details necessary to build your home. This is the information that you need to obtain a building permit, secure your financing, and to build your home. We offer a free consultation to answer any questions you may have about home design and offer a free construction cost estimate for any plans you are considering. With prices as low as $.90 per square foot, or $40 an hour we know our quality product will be the best value for your next construction project.
