Wet Jet Precision, Inc. is a Water Jet job shop located in Hildale, Utah. We have a CNC OMAX 55100 Water Jet. We cut all types and thicknesses of materials - ranging from .01 foil to 2" thick tool steel. Depending on the thickness of the material to be cut, we can hold a + or - .003 tolerance. There are many advantages to water jet cutting. The following are a few: Setup times are minimal. Easy fixturing. Ability to stack-cut thinner materials. Can cut above water or under water for no heat affected zones, or heat discoloration. Cuts reflective surfaces easy. 5 cut qualities, and the ability to etch in part numbers. Ability to pierce, even glass (cannot cut tempered glass). Great for prototypes and short runs as well as production runs. Cuts all the various types of steel and alloys, ceramics, carbon fiber, fiberglass, glass, plastics, rubber, tile, stone, wood, etc. We can scan in your drawing, or email us your .dxf or .dwg CAD files.
